RAXFIN
The Project
The project began with an in-depth market analysis to evaluate the potential for a major expansion of the powersports dealership. This analysis uncovered key insights that led to the decision to rebrand the business, aligning it more closely with the client’s long-term vision for growth. As a result, the entirely new and original name, RAXFIN, was created, along with a fresh brand identity that reflected the company’s ambitions in the powersports and outdoor adventure sectors.
JT&Co was instrumental in every step of this transformation, from brainstorming the distinctive name and logo to developing a comprehensive brand strategy. Our team continues to support RAXFIN by managing its social media presence, producing marketing materials and promotional videos, and designing print collateral to align with the evolving strategy. Recently, we initiated the development of a new e-commerce platform, enabling RAXFIN to expand its sales beyond the physical dealership and tap into a broader online audience.
The Challenge
RAXFIN's primary challenge was to quickly establish a brand recognized across Ontario—and eventually Canada—for its extensive inventory of high-quality powersport and outdoor gear. However, setting up an online store proved difficult due to legal requirements that mandated the use of specific platforms for inventory, POS, and shipping systems, particularly for dangerous goods. These constraints made it challenging to find a solution that could handle both in-store and online sales seamlessly. JT&Co addressed these obstacles by developing a custom system tailored to RAXFIN’s needs, ensuring full compliance while streamlining operations to support their growing business.
The Results
Less than two years after new ownership and rebranding, RAXFIN experienced rapid growth, moving into a much larger facility to accommodate increasing demand. The business continues to expand, consistently finding new ways to reach and engage its target market. This ongoing evolution reflects the success of the strategic branding and marketing efforts, positioning RAXFIN as a dynamic and growing presence in Northern Ontario.
