In the beginning, there was what we call the Big B—oh, you didn’t mean that far back. Right, let’s try this again.

How It All Started

Our story starts in 2007, when Julie, our founder, started JT&Co. After years spent working for a Fortune Global 500 company in Ottawa, she decided it was time to branch out and start her own company—one that could help small businesses and organizations thrive, especially in her home region.

The company was a one-woman show at first with the support of fellow freelancers (the company actually bears her name, in case you were wondering what the ‘JT’ stood for). However, Julie had a vision for what the company could become, and she eventually recruited other talented people to help bring that vision to life. Teamwork makes the dream work, as they say.

And work, the dream certainly has.

JT&Co has been developing quality marketing, communications, web, digital, and print solutions for businesses big and small for over 17 years now (our company’s old enough to have a driver’s license! They grow up so fast, don’t they?). We’ve helped thousands of local and international clients find success, one extra-large cup of coffee at a time.

But we’re not about to stop there. We’ve got our sights set on the skies, and we’re always looking for new ways to level up our services and broaden our audience.
